We do our best to ensure your packages are delivered on time as ordered, however, due to unexpected holiday shipping delays and carrier volume, your packages’ timely arrival is at the mercy of USPS delivery services.

We are not responsible for and will not be able to process store credit or exchanges for items lost or damaged in transit due to delivery error.

Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, there will be slight variations and imperfections in some items, and delivery times may vary. This is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade jewelry item. We are very proud of our artists work and their dedication to their craft. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange minus the original shipping fees. You can return a product for up to 3 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

There are no returns, refunds, store credits, or exchanges on Custom or Special orders or any SALE items.

All orders shipped internationally are final sale.

If you purchase an item that at a later date goes on sale, we are unable to honor the lower price.
